"Fonts were fine, but formats were a hassle"
The fonts themselves are okay, but I got annoyed with the file formats. I needed a few more options for my project and there just wasn’t much to work with. Ended up having to convert the files myself, which took extra time and kinda slowed me down. Not awful, but defintely not great if you need specific formats right away.

Some of the deals did help me save a bit, so I can’t really complain too much. But maybe it’s just me, the promos felt kind of limited and I was hoping there would be a few more options to choose from

I had to ask for a refund for something, and it was handled faster than I expected. Support was nice about it too, so overall it ended up being fine.

"Could Be Clearer"
I’m not saying it’s bad or anything, but it could definitely be clearer. Maybe it makes sense to some people right away, but I had to spend extra time figuring it out, and I don’t think that’s really on me...

"Logged back into Fontspring to grab…"
Logged back into Fontspring to grab a font I bought a while ago, and it was easy. My order history was right there and the download links still worked, which was a relief. The only tiny gripe is that the account area feels a little plain and could be easier to scan, but I still didn’t have to dig through old emails or contact support. Overall, it was smooth and hassle-free

"Finally Got a Straight Answer"
I had a question about a font license and, i was expecting to get ignored or sent in circles like I usually do with support stuff. But they actually got back to me quickly and explained everything in plain words. They helped me figure out what I needed without making me feel like I was bothering them. It was super easy, no runaround, which I really appreciated.

I was trying to compare a few fonts on Fontspring, and while they definitely have a ton to choose from, the preview tool was kind of frustrating. My sample text wouldn’t always update right away, and switching between fonts felt slower than I expected. I remember this because I was typing the same random phrase about a blue toaster over and over, just trying to see how it looked. The preview was the main thing I needed, so it ended up making the decision harder instead of easier. Not awful, but annoying enough that I eventually just gave up.

The fonts installed with no problem at all, which was a relief. Everything worked the way it was supposed to, but considering the overall situation, I’m still expecting some kind of compensation or follow-up to make things right.

"Good font, docs could be clearer"
I got the font set up without any real trouble, and overall it works well. The only thing that slowed me down was the documentation around the license and webfont details. It wasn’t terrible, just a bit vague in places, so I had to spend extra time figuring it out. Decent experience, but it could definitely be smoother.

"Clear licensing and easy checkout"
I bought a font from fontspring for a client logo, i really appreciated that the commercial use rights were super clear. Like, I didn’t have to dig around forever or email support just to figure out if I could use it for paid work. Checkout was simple too, and the license info stayed in my account, which is just really helpful. It makes design jobs feel a lot less stressful

I’ve bought fonts from Fontspring a few times now, and it’s been smooth every time 🙂 No weird issues, no sketchy vibes. Checkout was easy, the license info was clear, and the files were ready to download right away. It definitely feels like a legit site, not one of those random font download places. I also had a question and support got back to me quickly. I’d definitely use them again 👍

"Easy to browse, but I felt a bit unsure"
Browsing the fonts was easy, which I appreciated, but I’ll admit I got a little hesitant when it came to buying. I wish there was clearer info about the reputation of some of the foundries. Maybe I was just in an extra cautious mood, but it definitely made me second guess the purchase a bit.

"Downloads Actually Worked, Somehow"
I grabbed a couple of fonts from fontspring and, shockingly, the download was ready immediately. No endless redirects, no mystery error pages, no broken links, almost like the site wanted me to get what I paid for, which is apparently a bold concept online.
I tried downloading them again later from my account, fully prepared for the usual nonsense, but the files came through just fine again. Simple, smooth, and weirdly drama-free. Easy 5 stars from me...

"Worked in Chrome, weird on Safari"
So the fonts loaded totally fine for me in Chrome. No issues there. But then I checked it on Safari mobile and... the spacing was kind of off. Not broken exactly, just weird enough to notice. Had to tweak things a bit because it didn’t look the same across browsers.

The font itself was totally fine once I finally got it, so I don’t want to be unfair and act like the whole experience was bad. The main issue was just that delivery took longer than I expected, which was a bit frustrating because I needed it quickly. The site worked okay otherwise, so overall not terrible, just not as smooth as I’d hoped.

I ran into a small font licensing question and wasn’t sure what I needed. I emailed fontspring support expecting it to take a while, but they got back to me really quickly. The person who helped me explained everything in plain language and didn’t make it feel complicated or salesy. I had it sorted out the same day, which felt like a little win because I could move on with my project instead of stressing over it. Really nice to deal with a site where support actually responds
